Clause 1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any part of the 7c779 Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. 7c779 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a User is found to be under the minimum age, their account will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned minus bonuses already used.

Clause 2

Jurisdiction

The Platform is intended solely for use by individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location. 7c779 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Clause 3

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

Clause 4

Account Verification (KYC)

7c779 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Clause 5

Account Security

You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. Notify 7c779 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 7c779 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. 7c779 support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

Clause 6

Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting 7c779 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method after standard verification is completed. 7c779 reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of these Terms without prior notice.

Clause 7

Deposits

Deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by 7c779 and displayed in the cashier section of your account. 7c779 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits made using payment methods not belonging to the account holder are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Clause 8

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 7c779 aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements. 7c779 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Clause 9

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses provided by 7c779 are subject to specific wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms: (a) bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal eligibility; (b) 7c779 may withdraw any bonus offer at any time; (c) bonuses may not be transferred between accounts; (d) 7c779 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited to an account if it determines the bonus was claimed in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or through fraudulent activity.

Clause 10

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider regarding a Platform deposit is strictly prohibited. If a chargeback is initiated, 7c779 reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account, reverse all winnings derived from the disputed deposit, and pursue recovery through all available legal means. If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, contact 7c779 support directly before raising a dispute with your payment provider.

Clause 11

Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 7c779. 7c779 reserves the right to refuse any wager at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or manifest mistake may be voided by 7c779 at any time, including after the event has concluded. In the case of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to the User's account balance.

Clause 12

Winnings and Payouts

Winnings will be credited to the User's account balance following settlement of the relevant event or game. Maximum payout limits per event, per day, or per week may apply and are communicated in the relevant game or sports section. 7c779 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the wager was placed in breach of these Terms or through fraudulent means.

Clause 13

System Malfunction

In the event of a system malfunction, software failure, or communication breakdown that affects the integrity of any game or wager, 7c779 reserves the right to declare the affected round or bet void and return all stakes to the relevant accounts. 7c779 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a system failure beyond its reasonable control.

Clause 14

Responsible Gaming Tools

7c779 provides deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to all registered Users. Clause 15

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform: (a) use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform; (b) collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating intended to manipulate game outcomes; (c) money laundering or using the Platform for any unlawful financial activity; (d) use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials; (e) creating accounts on behalf of another person or sharing account access; (f) exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Clause 16

Anti-Money Laundering

7c779 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. All Users are required to comply with applicable AML regulations. 7c779 reserves the right to report any suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities without prior notification to the User. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
